In 2007 we were only been able to make it to one show.

My work schedule has been crazy and it seems that every horse show that I plan for is on a weekend that I end up having to work.

I finally broke down and sent Louie to Mark Sheridan for finishing.

I just didn’t have time and if he doesn’t sell first, I’m looking forward to

being able to show him next year.  He left on November 1st and won’t come home until February.  With Brittany & Charlotte wanting to show hunter/jumper with Hillary & Leona, 2008 could be VERY busy!

Well, we’ve made it to 2 horse shows so far in 2008, with plans for many more this fall.  Hillary has a bum shoulder and won’t be showing this year.  Charlotte is working hard with Leona and should make a show ring debut at the end of August.  In the meantime, the girls have had a great time showing Louie, and I’m looking forward to showing baby Duke in the weanling halter classes.  I will update soon with photos.

The first show of the year, and everyone had a blast!  The girls gained show ring experience and Louie acted like a seasoned pro.
