Our 13 year old daughter Brittany and her friend Charlotte have a big project ahead of them this year.  This is why they have their very own page. 

 

Both girls received “green” horses for Christmas this year (2007).  Both horses will be 4 year olds in 2008.  Neither have had very much work done with them. 

Under my supervision, Brittany will be training her new horse “Hillary”, and Charlotte will train her new horse

“Lee-Lee”.

 

I will try to update this page frequently.

Charlotte and Leona came over to show off their progress on July 3, 2008.  Charlotte’s hard work is really showing, Leona is soft and responsive, they are coming together as quite the team.  Jumping is somewhat on hold, it seems as though Leona is never going to stop growing.  Her rump is currently a good 2 inches higher than her front leaving her a bit unbalanced.  For now, they’ll continue to bond, work on the flat, and master showmanship!
